Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice. Admission includes access to arena demonstrations, vendor marketplace, educational sessions, and live music following the showcase.
Weather Policy
The Grand Gallop is a rain-or-shine event. Schedule adjustments may occur as needed for the safety of horses, riders, and guests.
Horse and Arena Safety
Only approved participants and authorized handlers may enter horse areas. Guests must remain behind designated barriers and follow staff directions at all times. Please do not feed, touch, or approach horses without permission from the owner or event staff.
Family-Friendly Environment
Children must be supervised at all times. Strollers are welcome; however, guests should use caution around livestock areas and arena entrances.
Parking and Entry
Please follow posted parking signage and staff direction upon arrival. Mt Hood Center is a working equestrian facility, and appropriate footwear is strongly recommended.
Media Release
By attending The Grand Gallop, guests consent to photography and video recording for promotional use by Mt Hood Center and event partners.
Food and Beverage
Outside alcohol is not permitted. Food and beverage vendors will be available on site.
Liability Notice
Attendance at an equine event carries inherent risks. By entering the property, guests assume personal responsibility and agree to follow all posted safety guidelines.
